That song is a classic, but I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about putting your complete and utter trust in Christ, knowing that He'll come through no matter how long you have to wait. It could be a few months, a few years, or maybe even 9 years of waiting, but God doesn't let us down. He has His timing. He has His hand carrying us through it all.

Kids Camp is in 5 days! God has done wonders, and with the help of all of you, we have raised $4,550.00!! Unfortunately, we still need $950 more to completely cover camp. This year at Kids Camp, our focus is to help our kids to grow a whole lot more their connection with God and to go out and share that with others! We want the fire of the Holy Spirit to be so bright and strong in them that they have to let it out! Will you help us reach our goal to make sure that every single kid can have that opportunity? Any amount helps us reach our goal. Donate by clicking here. And to let everybody know, every time I've posted a new update on Facebook about how much left we need to raise, something else comes up in the camp expenses where a price gets changed or some kids join camp when they told us no at first, and because of that, the goal that we need has been fluctuating a lot. I apologize for any confusion and wanted to be transparent with that.

After months of prayer, my wife and I started the middle school group again! It was a thing that had been heavy on our hearts ever since last year, and we finally made the way for the teens group to come together again! With that, we had teen camp this year, and it was not just a great time, but God moved so much in all of our teens. With the theme being "Why I Follow Christ," so many of our teens decided to step up and get back on track with Jesus again. Many of them were able to leave their anxiety, worries, and problems at the feet of Jesus and let Him take care of them. They were able to find a safe space in Jesus where they can feel loved and accepted, and we are so grateful to God to have been able to help them get there.

The teens now are meeting every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month in our home, with every 4th Saturday being Service Day, where we go out into the community and serve wherever and however we can! Please keep the teens in your prayers, and keep Abigail and I in your prayers to be able to lead, instruct, and guide them correctly to Jesus.

After many years of having this on my heart, my wife and I have started the safe home for kids and teens! As of now, it's just on the weekends, but it's a time where the kids that we serve can get away from the different struggles, problems, and, in some cases, abuse that they go through and be in a loving and caring environment that truly wants the best for them. We feed them dinner every Friday night and breakfast every Saturday morning. We take them to soccer and to church on Saturday, and we take them home once Saturday Kids Church is over (sometimes a couple of them even stay until Sunday!) We've also started having Connection Time with them every night to help them not just connect with us and their friends, but with Jesus. Connection Time is a safe moment for the kids to learn to be real and to express how they truly are feeling with their family, school, God, and themselves.

The safe home is something that I have mentioned before, but I'm making mention of it again because it has grown from just 4 kids to 9 kids! It's such a blessing to be able to share every weekend with them, but having to feed 9 kids plus our family of 6 every weekend does add up. We have it in our finds right now to be able to keep the safe home going, but we are currently looking for a bigger space to fit everyone because the tiny house that we have just about fits our family of 6. We are planning to buy land by the end of this year and are looking at building a missions home to be able to house all 15 of us every weekend plus use it for our Teens Group plus use it for our own family. If this is something you feel that God is putting on your heart to support us in, you can do so through PayPal here, or feel free to contact us for more ways to donate (operationworth@gmail.com).

After 9 years of praying and waiting on God, Abigail and I have finally adopted Héctor. God really moved in so many ways for this to happen, and we are so grateful to Him for His hand over all of this. What seemed like something that was going to take forever and far out of reach turned into just 2 months of meetings and visits with DIF (Mexican CPS), and Héctor now lives with us. It's still a longer process to officially adopt him with our last names, but he is now home with us. It's been an adjustment for us all, and more so for Hector, so please keep Hector and all of us in your prayers.

God comes through. Whatever you're praying for, don't stop believing. Don't stop praying and believing that God will answer your prayer. Just as He's done for us so many times, we know He will do the same for you ♥

"So don’t you think God will surely give justice to his chosen people who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly! But when the Son of Man returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith?” - Luke 18:7b-8
