A Great Start To A Great Year (Jan/Feb 2019)
Wow, this year has gotten of to a great start. Super busy, yet super great!
Our Kids Church has undergone lots of changes, but they've been good changes! Kids Church has gone up in attendance 40% since last year! We also had our very first Candy Fair this past Saturday, and the kids loved it! So many amazing things are happening at Kids Church and in the kids' lives, too.
We had our first Kids Club in the Park of the year a week ago, and although it wasn't exactly in the park, it went great! Due to rain, someone ended up lending us their house, a family of 6 kids came, and 5 of them gave their lives to Christ! We have another huge event coming up in March, so please pray for us as we prepare for bigger and better things!
The Kids Praise Team, Niños Locos Para Cristo, is doing many amazing things, too! We celebrated another great season the beginning of this year, and we've been gearing up and working hard for an even better one. With two Kids Crusades coming up this season, we're doing our best to be the best that God's called us to be and to show all that praising and worshipping God is more than just a song - it's a lifestyle!
We're working hard to grow our YouTube channel, too, with lots of choreographies, lessons, and fun videos so other kids and churches can learn what it means to worship in spirit and in truth. You can check out our channel on YouTube here.
A huge thank you to all who have prayed or have been praying for Ricardo. From having to start from the very beginning (like how to
use a pencil), Ricardo has come a long way! He now can write the letter Aa and 0 and 1 all by himself, and he's even writing his name with very little help! Please continue to pray for Ricardo, as he still has a long way to go. Also lift up his little brother, Brandon, his dad, and his uncle and aunt that take care of him, as they are going through hard times with work and sickness.
